Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as leggings and graphic tees are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow the following time for your refund to be reflected:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and processed.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item.
